CW:
This series discusses emotional abuse, gaslighting, betrayal, and mental health distress within marriage. Some themes may be triggering for readers who have experienced relational trauma. Please read with care.

This series isn’t about revenge or villainizing someone I once loved. It’s about understanding how a person can live inside a destabilizing relationship for years and not fully see it until something shatters the illusion. It’s about gaslighting that doesn’t look dramatic, betrayal that doesn’t begin with obvious cruelty, and the slow erosion of self that happens when your reality is constantly debated. Most of all, it’s about reclaiming your mind, your dignity, and your voice after being told for far too long that you were the problem. If you’ve ever doubted your own instincts in the name of love, I hope this space helps you feel less alone — and a little more certain of yourself again.
